Highly dependable variety. The roots are 6½ - 7" long, 2 - 2½" thick at shoulder tapering to bottom blunt end.  Bright orange, fine grained, rich flavored and sweet. Excellent for table, canning, freezing, and storage. Rich in vitamins.
